VII. REQUEST TO TRANSFER $29,323.89 FROM THE EDWARD ELY TRUST FUND, CURRENTLY AVAILABLE, TO EXPENDABLE ACCOUNT (826) TO FUND THE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES THROUGHOUT THE CITY.
VIII. REQUEST TO TRANSFER $2,610.00 FROM THE GLADYS POTTER TRUST FUND, CURRENTLY AVAILABLE, TO EXPENDABLE ACCOUNT (807) FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE GLADYS POTTER PARK.
V. DISCUSSION RELATIVE TO CLAIMS AND LITIGATION (CLOSED SESSION RIGL 42-46-4 AND RIGL 42-46-5 (a) (2) PENDING LITIGATION) - LAW DEPARTMENT.
