Of course, no analysis of which candidate is the “most Rhode Island” would be complete without looking at their accent. So GoLocalProv asked speech expert Pamela Howell to grade the candidates on the authenticity of their Rhode Island accent, from 1 to 5, with 5 being the heaviest accent.
