Let me scoop you. Scott Brown has announced that he will NOT be a candidate in the election to fill the seat vacated by John Kerry. He cited the strain of running a third Senate campaign in four years. Before you liberals get all giddy, it is also the case that the Massachusetts Governor's office will be up for grabs in 2014.
