Robitaille Releases First TV, Radio Ads
Saturday, September 04, 2010
Republican candidate for governor John Robitaille released his first round of television and radio ads yesterday. The ads will begin airing next Tuesday and continue to run up to the September 14 primary he is facing against Victor Moffitt.
But the ads are actually directed at Democrat Frank Caprio and independent Lincoln Chafee. The television ad flashes their photos on the screen as the announcer says “Democrats in the Legislature and career politicians gave us record unemployment, crippling taxes, and uncontrolled spending.” The ad touts Robitaille as a “strong leader” who can take the state in a “new direction.”
