"We're pleased with the services Peter has provided. It is our understanding that Nick and Matt are no longer part of the Hamilton Group. We still consider them friends and supporters."
Baptista said in a statement, "Last month we made a decision for Nick Hemond and Matt Jerzyk to formally leave The Hamilton Group to focus on their legal careers. I am the lone member of The Hamilton Group and will continue to build my consulting business."
Jerzyk resigned from Providence Mayor Angel Taveras' staff last year, and currently has a private legal practice. Hemond joined DarrowEverett in April 2014.
