Congressman David Cicilline released a statement via YouTube today praising President Obama's budget proposal and criticizing the Republican alternative.
Cicilline said spending cuts are necessary, but must also be "responsible." He warned against cuts that would make the country less competitive and hinder job creation efforts - which he said the Republican budget proposal would do.
