Loughlin Gearing Up for Cicilline Rematch?

In a recent LinkedIn posting, Loughlin, a Republican, announced he was searching for a fundraiser. The post reads as follows: “Actively looking for a campaign fundraiser who can work with my finance committee and my direct mail vendor while I am on active duty with the Army.”
In a statement, Loughlin told GoLocalProv that he has not made an official decision about the 2012 election. “I think it’s widely known that I am keeping my options open. I was looking to see who was out there in the campaigns and consultants group that had some experience fundraising primarily.”
