Congressman Patrick Kennedy is making robo calls to encourage voters to support Frank Caprio in today’s election, according to Caprio spokesman Nick Hemond. In the call, Kennedy touts Caprio’s plans to bring jobs to the state Kennedy is retiring from the U.S. Congress after representing the 1st Congressional District for 16 years
