NEW: Mia Ackerman Unseats Rene Menard in District 45

Cumberland Councilwoman Mia Ackerman has knocked off longtime State Rep. Rene Menard, the Board of Elections confirmed.
With 100 percent reporting, Ackerman had 1,064 votes while Menard had 897 votes.
The Board of Elections originally declared Menard the winner, but an edit was made.
