Wednesday, July 14, 2010

Candidates for the First District seat in Congress met for their first televised debate last night. Some candidates soared, while others stumbled - all sought to position themselves as the one best suited to help restart the state economy and reform Washington.

The candidates included: businessman and political newcomer Anthony Gemma, Providence Mayor David Cicilline, state rep David Segal, and former Democratic state party chairman Bill Lynch.
