Esquire magazine has named Frank Caprio one of the best dressed candidates of 2010, in its latest issue.

The worst dressed included: Tea Party icon Rand Paul, a Senate candidate in Kentucky and Pat Toomey, a Republican senatorial candidate in Pennsylvania. No one else from Rhode Island made either list.
