Caprio Says Rhode Island Can Be Great Again

Democratic candidate for governor Frank Caprio welcomed Bill Clinton to Rhode Island at a campaign rally yesterday. In his speech, Caprio emphasized job creation, saying that the state could cut the unemployment rate in half if every small business added just one employee.
