GoLocalProv presents RI PBS's A Lively Experiment. Moderator Dyana Koelsch and panel members Dave Layman (former TV director, anchor), Maureen Moakley (political science professor, URI), Stephen Beale (editor, GoLocalProv.com), and Jim Hummel (executive director, The Hummel report) discuss whether legislators are influenced on the topic of same sex civil unions. Will the civil union bill pass senate? Also, discussion about the continuing crisis in Central Falls. Will the Central Falls school system be able survive?
