In all, the state spent about $1.5 million on outside attorneys in 2013. But most of the money went to only a handful of firms. Find out what law firms got the most work from state government.

I thought the GA had a bunch of lawyers in what they called the "Legislative Council" which dealt with the law for the GA. What's this 70 K to an outside firm for. What do they know about bill drafting? Apparently they know how to cash checks.
