Rhode Island was ranked the seventh least happy state in America, according to a study by WalletHub.

WalletHub analyzed the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 26 key metrics. These metrics included emotional health, income levels, sports participation rates, recreation, etc.
Rhode Island was also ranked last for highest long-tern unemployment rates.
