A WPRO producer is suing talk show host John DePetro, alleging that he sexually harassed her.

Dee DeQuattro, a content producer at 630WPRO.com, who previously worked on DePetro's show, also claims that her supervisor refused to investigate previous complaints or intervene.

The lawsuit filed today in Superior Court names DePetro, along with Cumulus Media, Citadel Broadcasting, DeQuattro's supervisor Barbara Haynes and lawyer Nicole Waller.

The suit claims that on May 21, DePetro invited DeQuattro to lunch before driving to a house and making sexual advances.

According to the filing, "DePetro has previously boasted to (DeQuattro) that he rented a house with certain individuals where they would bring women and get together for sexual parties."

DeQuattro reported the alleged incident to her program director, the lawsuit claims.

The lawsuit also cites an incident in which DePetro allegedly asked DeQuattro and her boyfriend to have sex with him and another woman.

The lawsuit is another strike against the controversial talk show host who first came under fire in 2006 for calling gubernatorial Green-Party candidate Grace Ross a "fat lesbian" before being let go from WRKO in Boston.

In 2008, DePetro was accused of falsifying ARBITRON rating books for his show on WPRO in Providence before blaming his wife. The books had significantly boosted the shows ratings.

Calls to DePetro and his lawyer, Timothy Dodd were unanswered.
