NEW: Vinny Paz Pleads Not Guilty to Hitting Woman

Wednesday, July 11, 2012

Retired boxer Vinny Paz took to the airwaves today to deny accusations that he hit a woman in a Federal Hill bar early Sunday morning.

In an interview with a local radio station, Paz said a woman pulled his hair and he “got her hands off me.” Paz was charged with assault and disorderly conduct and pleaded not guilty today in District Court today.

“I look at it as no big deal,” he said during his morning radio interview. “Of course alcohol is a bad mix a three in the morning, but it was literally nothing.”
