NEW: Tornado Watch in Effect for Rhode Island

A severe thunderstorm and tornado watch are still in effective for Providence and Kent Counties until 8 p.m. today.
The biggest storms will be in west and central Massachusetts.
Severe thunderstorms may be severe with damaging winds and large hail. Lows will be around 60 degrees. Southwest winds will be 10 to 15 miles per hour with wind gusts up to 30 miles an hour.
