It's been just over a month since GoLocalProv first integrated SeeClickFix into its homepage, and results are already evident. In the past few weeks, dozens of complaints have been filed on SeeClickFix and GoLocalTV Anchors Greg Berman and Lauren Marchetti have even followed up on a select few.

Today on GoLocalTV, they investigate a report regarding a "Horrible Pothole" in the Fox Point area of Providence, and find that the city has already addressed the issue. David Pontarelli, a Fiscal Advisor with the Department of Public Works, told GoLocal that "[SeeClickFix] makes our lives a lot easier. We can see the problems as they come in. The notifications come directly to my phone and it helps us address the problems a lot quicker because we can get the word out to the workers who are actually on site."

Have you seen something in your community that needs fixing? Make your voice heard by using the SeeClickFix widget on the GoLocalProv homepage. Local public works officials will automatically be notified of your complaint by e-mail, and GoLocalTV will continue to follow up on issues that go unaddressed.
