Mattiello Signs Subpoenas for Corso, Costantino for 38 Studios Hearings
Thursday, December 17, 2015
Speaker of the House Nicholas Mattiello has signed subpoenas for Michael Corso and Steven Costantino to appear before the House Oversight Committee.
Former House Finance Committee Chairman Steven Costantino and 38 Studios consultant Michael Corso are the latest to be issued subpoenas as a result of the House Oversight hearings. A subpoena for Curt Schilling was approved back in November.
"They'll be sent to the constable, and he'll try to serve them," Larry Berman, Mattiello's spokesman, told GoLocal on Wednesday. "Corso lives in Cranston, and we understand that Costantino still has a residence here in Rhode Island."
