The lawyer for WPRO talk show host John DePetro says his client is “completely innocent.”
“John DePetro is completely innocent,” said Tim Dodd, DePetro’s lawyer. “He is not a party to any misconduct and the allegations made against are false. He expects be complete exonerated. I would further say John will not respond point by point to the allegations being made against him. The allegations are patently false and we will not give them credence by further discussing them.”
The suit claims that on May 21, DePetro invited DeQuattro to lunch before driving to a Barrington house and making sexual advances.
DeQuattro’s lawyer did not wish to comment.

Maybe you did it. Maybe you didn't. Hopefully, a straight trial - if it even gets that far which ninety five percent of court actions don't - will tell the truth.
But Judicial Terrorism, the misuse of courts to shakedown others to conceal one's own culpability and ineptitude, is today considered a parlor sport. It isn't, nor is it another tiresome 'game'. Many of us take it for what it is, combat. In combat, the weakling signals that he's a weakling by firing the first shot, often by filing some frivolous lawsuit. The weakling who fires the first shot often loses to the righteously indignant defendant, who proves his innocence.
Some predators with law degrees are adequate, they file suits on behalf of nuisance litigants and legit plaintiffs alike. Other predators with law degrees, such as Zecchino Estate Grift 'mastermind', Girard R. Visconti, are inadequate. Stinking of fear, they exist in a dim, smelly little world of terror and greed. They enlist 'proxy stooge law firms' to do their dirty work for them.
No matter. Truth, as does murder, outs - always. If the plaintiff in your case is legit, it'll come out regardless of the vagaries of the courts - the courts being about law after all and seldom about truth.
If the plaintiff in your case is just another tiresome fourflusher in search of a payday, that too will come to public light.
The Net allows lies no place of concealment. The old media is finished, suffocated by its own self-serving leftist rat lies.

I've battled with Depetro for a couple years now, because I've always felt he was a scumbag, trying to create contraversy. I always change the station when he comes on.
I know that allegations, don't make him guilty. However, I am NOT surprised, and wouldn't be surprised if he was found guilty.
I've always hated this scumbag. Now he needs to be OFF THE AIR!!!!
