NEW: Hyers to Manage Congressman Cicilline’s Reelection Campaign

Eric Hyers, who ran Congressman David Cicilline 2010 campaign, will again serve as Cicilline's campaign manager for the 2012 election, according to an e-mail sent out by the campaign this morning.
Hyers had been serving as the executive director of the Connecticut Democratic Party since last March.
"I managed David’s campaign for Congress in 2010 and I am so excited to tell you first that I am returning to Rhode Island to manage his reelection," Hyers wrote in the e-mail that went out to supporters. "There is no one I’d rather work for than David Cicilline, and no team I’d rather work with than all of you. Together in 2010, we ran one of the best grassroots campaigns Rhode Island has ever seen, and you demonstrated again and again that David has the strongest and most dedicated volunteer army in the state."
