NEW: Huntsman Officially Drops out of Presidential Race; Endorses Romney

Former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman officially ended his campaign for President Monday throwing his support behind former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney.
Huntsman received the Boston Globe's endorsement prior to last week's New Hampshire primary, but the candidate still placed a distant third behind Romney and Texas Congressman Ron Paul.
Huntsman's endorsement of Romney is at least somewhat surprising since he openly criticized the front runner in the days leading up to the New Hampshire primary.
