NEW: Governor Visiting Charter School In New Haven Today

Governor Chafee will travel to New Haven, Connecticut this afternoon to tour Amistad Academy, a charter middle school operated by Achievement First.
The Governor will meet with school officials and will be joined by state Education Commissioner Deborah Gist, Board of Regents for Elementary and Secondary Education Chairman George Caruolo, and Neil Steinberg, President & CEO of the Rhode Island Foundation.
The tour is closed to the press.
