NEW: Gemma Offers Mixed View on Jobs Report

Friday, August 03, 2012

Democratic Congressional candidate Anthony Gemma today praised President Obama after a Bureau of Labor Statistics report revealed that 163,000 jobs were created last month.

Still, Gemma said more needs to be done.

“I am saddened that this report indicates job growth is still below where we need to be,” he said. “Congress must do more. The partisan bickering in Congress must end. Both Democrats and Republicans need to be willing to work together for the American people.”

Huh? The more this man talks, the bigger headache I have.

Harold Stassen

That's it? Not even worthy of reporting. Isn't what he said about bi-partisanship being needed in Washington exactly what Mr. Doherty has been saying? Gemma and Doherty....peas in a pod.

Dan Wilson

Peas in a pod. Peas in a pod. Peas in a pod. Listen to me! I'm the man behind Anthony Gemma.

He praised Obama? Seriously? This guy actually expects people to take him seriously? He should get a gig at the Commedy Connection if he's going to give undeserved "praise" to the liberals' Dictator-in-chief Obama. The Dems' "Annointed One" hasn't done a damn thing to help spur job growth and creation. The only thing Obama deserves credit for is for the massive health insurance rate hikes that working-class people like myself are about to endure thanks to Obamacare.

This man is such a baffoon. If he gets more than 5 votes, people in RI should have their heads examined.
Then again, if Cicilline gets more than 5 votes, the same should happen.
