Gasoline prices in Rhode Island are up once again, this time by just a penny, according to AAA Southern New England.
AAA’s March 19 survey of prices in Rhode Island found self-serve, regular unleaded
averaging $3.81 per gallon, one cent higher than last week. Prices locally are up 13 cents over the last month.
The current price is three cents less than the national average for regular unleaded of $3.84. A year ago at this time Rhode Island’s average price was $3.55.
