Gasoline prices in Rhode Island stayed the same this week, according to AAA Southern New England.

AAA’s December 3rd survey of prices in Rhode Island found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $3.649 per gallon, the same as last week. Prices locally are down nine cents over the last month.

The current price is 26 cents above the national average for regular unleaded of $3.38. A year ago at this time Rhode Island’s average price was $3.39.
