Gasoline prices in Rhode Island are up ten cents this week, according to AAA Southern New England.
AAA’s September 17th survey of prices in Rhode Island found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $3.98 per gallon, ten cents higher than last week. Prices locally are up 17 cents over the last month. The current price is 12 cents above the national average for regular unleaded of $3.86.
A year ago at this time Rhode Island’s average price was $3.72.
