NEW: Gas Prices Drop 3 Cents

Gasoline prices in Rhode Island are down three cents this week, according to AAA Southern New England.
AAA’s November 13th survey of prices in Rhode Island found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $3.709 per gallon, three cents less than last week. Prices locally are down 24 cents over the last month.
The current price is 26 cents above the national average for regular unleaded of $3.44. A year ago at this time Rhode Island’s average price was $3.50.
