NEW: Gas Prices Down One Cent

AAA’s September 4th survey of prices in Rhode Island found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $3.84 per gallon, one cent less than last week. Prices locally are up 16 cents over the last month. The current price is two cents above the national average for regular unleaded of $3.82.
A year ago at this time Rhode Island’s average price was $3.73.

Yippeee! "Our programs are working!". Now we can all go out, git us a new suit & snap brim hat!
Yeah. Right. One penny. That's what, less than one third of one percent reduction in price, as Gulf rigs sit idle at the insistence of "Boxcar Georgie" soros, so that he can enrich himself further with his PetroBras gag?
And they think we'se all jes be's toinups.
