NEW: Gas Prices Down for Second Straight Week

Gasoline prices in Rhode Island are down four cents this week, the second week of decreases, according to AAA Southern New England.
AAA’s April 30 survey of prices in Rhode Island found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $3.92 per gallon, four cents less than last week. Prices locally are down five cents over the last two weeks.
The current price is nine cents above the national average for regular unleaded of $3.81. A year ago at this time Rhode Island’s average price was $4.02.
