NEW: Gas Prices Down Again This Week

Gasoline prices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts are down one cent this week, the fourth straight week of decreases, according to AAA Southern New England.
AAA’s December 12 survey of prices in Rhode Island found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $3.38 per gallon, one cent lower than last week, and 12 cents less than a month ago.
The current price is 11 cents above the national average for regular unleaded of $3.27. A year ago at this time Rhode Island’s average price was $3.10.
