NEW: Gas Price Up Slightly This Week

Gas prices are up one cent this week, marking the first price increase since September 12, according to AAA Southern New England.
An October 17 survey found the average cost of self-serve, regular unleaded gasoline to be $3.55 per gallon. The price is nine cents above the national average and 71 cents above the average this time last year.
Prices ranged 45 cents, from $3.39 to $3.84.
