NEW: Foulkes Resigns from EDC Board

Helena Foulkes has resigned to from the board of the Economic Development Corporation, multiple media outlets are reporting.

Foulkes, who had served as vice chairperson of the board, is the Executive Vice President & Chief Health Care Strategy and Marketing Officer at CVS Caremark.

Foulkes is the first member of the board to resign amid the fallout from the 38 Studios deal.

Former EDC executive director Keith Stokes resigned last week.
