NEW: Brown University to Cancel Classes Friday Due to Blizzard

Brown University has just announced that all classes for Friday, February 8, have been cancelled due to the impending blizzard in Rhode Island

Essential staff should report to work, according to an announcement just released by the Providence-based university.

Normal operations are expected to resume on Monday February 11, 2013. For updates, consult the University’s emergency page: emergency.brown.edu.
