House Oversight Committee Chairman Representative Michael Chippendale (R, Foster-Coventry-Glocester) had blasted the criminal investigation into both Michael Corso and 38 Studios, in light of documents reviewed by Chippendale showing that Corso was getting millions from contracts of the failed video game company.
