In other news at the House, reform advocate Ken Block released information alleging that the master lever may have helped the Speaker avoid defeat in the November election. Block alleged that killing the master lever legislation and not allowing it to come to the floor for a vote was an undermining of democracy.
On Friday, Fox responded in an impromptu interview with RIFuture's Bob Plain, coming out in favor of the master lever and slamming Block for his criticism of Senate President Teresa Paiva Weed and himself.
