‘Illegal Suspension’: See the Documents

Below are excerpts from a restraining order that Officer Gregory Daniels filed on Friday against the Providence Police Department. Daniels is accusing the department of illegally suspending him for more than two days and seeks to be reinstated. The second document is an example of one of the dozen charges for which Daniels was suspended. His name is redacted from these documents, but GoLocalProv has learned his identity from a letter his attorney sent to the Police Department regarding a sexual harassment claim.
