Yesterday, the Rhode Island senate voted its approval of a marriage equality bill which now has a clear path to passing back in the House. Governor Lincoln Chafee has already indicated publicly that he will sign the bill into law, making Rhode Island the 10th state in the nation to allow same-sex couples to marry.
