Ethics Commission to Investigate $3 Bar Lawyer’s Complaint

The Rhode Island Ethics Commission will investigate Providence Board of Licenses Chair Johanna Harris.
Peter Petrarca filed an ethics complaint against Harris on August 22.
Petrarca alleged that Harris did not disclose her HR work for the City of Providence and the terms of her contract to the public.

I see it as a clear violation of non-disclosure and I would hope that chairwoman Harris would own up to the fact that the contract was never disclosed, which amounts to an ethics code violation," Petrarca said.
Petrarca represents the $3 Bar's Gianfranco Marrocco.
