"This amazing initiative was inspired by community member and Providence Detective Anthony Roberson," said Kobi Dennis. "This effort coincides with our mission (community leaders) to improve the quality of life for urban students. We are hopeful this initiative will highlight the importance of community involvement with the school systems to foster better relationships.
We know a good "Hand Shake", can be the start of a great relationship. The initiative will continue in 2016 with visits to schools statewide.
