City of Providence Releases New Traffic Plan

The City of Providence has released plans for the upcoming traffic changes in downtown Providence.
Traffic will become two-way traffic at the second half of Exchange Terrance as well as on Dorrance Street, from Fountain Street to Washington Street.
The new pattern will take effect starting on Friday, December 4 and will be indicated by signage.
