What’s The Best Thing About Central Falls?


At one time called Chocolate Mill because of a chocolate factory located in its center, Central Falls is the most densely populated city in Rhode Island. Emerging from municipal bankruptcy, Central Falls has struggled to bring up its standard of living for many immigrants who call it home but looks to the future with optimism.

It is Chocolateville not Chocolate Mill. The best things about Central Falls are:

Our municipal depatments are headed by by professionals with integrity, and they no longer have to look over their shoulders to make sure they keep their jobs. They just have to do their jobs.

We have a growing number of active residents of the city that will ensure that our municipal government supports the transparency that Mayor Diossa is working to achieve. They will also not let the city return to a past that sadly was poltically driven more often than not.

We will succeed in building a community that serves its residents and will be a model for others.
