BREAKING: State Rep. Dan Gordon Arrested

Republican State Rep. Dan Gordon had been arrested by Rhode Island State Police on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to appear in court in Massachusetts.
Gordon had a warrant out for his arrest in Massachusetts dating back to a 2008 incident in which he allegedly attempted to elude an officer.
Gordon, who represents Portsmouth, Tiverton, Little Compton, has been stranger to controversy in his first term as a State. Rep. Earlier this month, he was voted out of the Republican Caucus for making critical comments about some his colleagues on the internet.
