State Rep. Leo Medina has been arrested on charges of misappropriation of funds in a life insurance policy payout and is being held at Lincoln barracks.
Medina allegedly stole thousands of dollars from a woman’s life insurance payout.
Rep. Medina made headlines last year when he was accused of practicing law without a license.
