Monday, January 10, 2011

During that time, Chafee said he will evaluate the “continuing needs for financial oversight” in the fiscally beleaguered city. “Judge Pfeiffer has made significant progress in dealing with what is clearly a very complex and difficult situation in Central Falls,” Chafee said. “There is still much work to be done, though, and Judge Pfeiffer will continue to be intimately involved in the tough decisions required to return stability to Central Falls.”

Excuse me Governor Chafee, its not just CF, its many towns and cities in RI. You looking at CF and making some decision is scary.
The judge made his recommendations, all seemed to be very detailed and he did the work up first hand, you do not do anything first hand so if you suggest anything else it will be someone else whispering in your ear. Poor CF, poor RI, its going to be a frustrating 4 years with you.
