BREAKING: Boston Bomber #2 is In Custody

Boston Police have tweeted that Bombing suspects #2 is now in custody.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, the second suspect in the Boston Marathon is now under arrest by local and state police. The arrest took place just two hours after the police had announced that the dragnet had been dropped.
Law enforcement officials have not announced when Tsarnaev will be arraigned.
