Turnout was high in Rhode Island on Tuesday.

New Public Policy Polling surveys in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island conducted on behalf of VoteVets.Org Action Fund released on Monday found that in Rhode Island things weren’t “nearly as competitive” on the Republican side as the Democratic side in Rhode Island, with “Donald Trump getting a majority of voters in each state…strongest in Rhode Island where he gets 61% to 23% for John Kasich, and 13% for Ted Cruz."

The Brown University Taubman Center poll had that “GOP front-runner Donald Trump leads in the Rhode Island Republican primary race with 38 percent of likely voters, followed by John Kasich with 25 percent, Ted Cruz at 14 percent and 17 percent undecided.”
