It's time for a New Year, and GoLocal's got the 13 who are set to make the biggest impact on Rhode Island in the year to come, and what an interesting list it is.

Surveying the chambers of Providence's City Hall to the marble corridors of the State House, from restaurants to museums, we've got our eye on a baker's dozen fascinating Rhode Islanders who we think will define the year to come.

A year for youth

One of the things that struck us about this year's list is the presence of youth--from entrepreneurship to cuisine, in politics and on stage--there's a fresh push from the state's up and comers, and we like their attack, ambition, and style.

See who's on the A-List for 2013, and we'll see you in the New Year.
