Rhode Island House Oversight Chair Patricia Serpa joined GoLocal News Editor Kate Nagle on GoLocal LIVE at the Rhode Island State House, where she spoke to her continued role in overseeing hearings on the struggled rollout of the state's social services platform, UHIP.

"I'm ready to say as Chair of Oversight - I'm ready to call this project an abject moral and financial failure," said Serpa. " A financial failure in terms of the citizens who are paying for it, and a moral failure in terms of the citizens who need the services."
